Relocated files to eml/tools/Excel2EML.
Corrections to General Metadata worksheet in xls_eml_01.xls.
Addition of changeLog.txt file.
Renamed zip file from FCELTER_EML_Tools.zip to xls_eml_01.zip.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of
a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
